Mr. Snyder likes to be the one to release spoilers for his films and he does it well as long as no one beats him to the punch. This time he’s treating us to a first look at the gritty reboot of everyone’s favourite knock-off underwater adventure seeker, Aqua Man. I like Jason Momoa, even if he is a one note actor and that’s really not a problem for this role. I couldn’t help but think when I looked at this picture, that Rob Zombie would’ve probably sold a lot more albums if he was in better shape.
Unite The Seven is a clever dual tag line for the king of the seven seas and the build up to the fully realized Justice League appearing on the screen, but will Aqua Man appearing in the film riding a pair of sharks like water skis be a little too on the nose for the moment this burgeoning film franchise officially jumps the shark? Only time will tell…
