Yes, this set was announced weeks ago. I had forgotten this post was in draft state and in talking with Nick tonight, he reminded me of it. Normally I wouldn’t post such old news but there is a reason I’m finally getting to it now. This is sort of a lead-in to a feature article we are working on that will be published hopefully this weekend. Stay tuned.

And can I just say that the LEGO Designer Video is hilarious? They are obviously trying to hype up the set and at the same time covering up the fact that it is more or less a straight re-release. “The roof was hard to do at a 45° angle.” Really? Was it that hard to do considering it was already done before? Right….
