I'm guessing that means this is going to be top 8 then? But you've post top 9 until you break the tie?

Edit because I misread your question: Yes. As Ace said, only the top 8 will advance. The result from staff poll will determine which of the two tied at 17 votes gets to claim the 8th slot from this group, and then we will move on to the remaining polls as explained in my original reply below.

It's a bracket system from here on out. The polls will be head to head between only two entries, 16 match ups in the first round, then 8, then 4, 2, and then the final round will pit the leaders against each other with an extra poll to determine 3rd place.
