Our Wheels of Justice contest concluded over the weekend and we finally have some winners.

Apologies for the delay, the December bus is running over me, backing up, and then over me again. But, I got the polls up for our Wheels of Justice contest. There are two polls for you to vote in, one for an original Batmobile design, and one for a GreenLanternMobile. To be completely honest, the turnout for this contest was waaaay better than I anticipated. And I am completely blown away by the quality of some of the entries. So much so that we will be having a few more Super Heroes-themed contests in the new year, so stay tuned, True Believers. Until then, head on over to our Contests forum and cast your votes. You only have five days to do it.
The MOC Madness 2011 tournament has come to a close and the winners have finally been determined. Before we announce the winners, I’d like to thank everyone who participated and submitted an entry. It was a real pleasure seeing the entries rolling in. We try to format the bounty hunter tournament to be as open ended as possible and the submissions did not disappoint. There was a wide range of styles and designs, and the winning entries reflect that range. So, without further ado, I present the winners.
You may or may not be aware of who Cole Blaq is (and if you aren’t where the heck have YOU been?). Besides being one of the more talented builders on my contacts list and 2010′s MOC Madness winner, he is also host to the annual LEGO Speeder Bike contest held on flickr. This year, there are three categories to enter, with each category’s top prize being a specially designed, one-of-a-kind speeder bike. This year, FBTB is throwing support behind the Vignette category to sweeten the first place prize: a copy of 8092 Luke’s Landspeeder, ’cause sometimes you wanna bring your friends with you. The deadline is 01.01.2012 24:00 MET time. Check out the flickr group post for the full set of rules.
Plan on entering? If so, I invite you to post your entry in our MOC Showcase forum.
The 2011 MOC Madness Tournament is nearing a close with the Final Four round starting today! The winners of this round will go head to head to vie for 1st and 2nd place, the losers for 3rd. And just like the Olympics, there is no prize for fourth. No upsets this year as all four bounty hunters came in 1st for their respective pools. This is going to be a nail biter folks! The polls will be open for three days so head on over to place your vote. Good luck to all!
Our Wheels of Justice contest has reached the midway point, and today being the 15th marks the last possible day to enter the monthly contest at LEGOSuperHeroes.com to be eligible for December. Dilemmas dilemmas. No reason why you can’t enter both since we lock entries at the stroke of midnight November 30th.
I messed up. I didn’t seed the brackets correctly. Ranks 1 and 2 from the same quadrant should have met in the next round (assuming they weren’t victims of a great upset), and not this round. Oh well. Something to keep in mind for next year.
No matter, the Sweet Sixteen round starts today. Polls will be open for three days so go vote for your favorites. Good luck to all!
Well, after a nail-biting tie breaker poll in the Tatooine Regionals, we finally have our field of 32 bounty hunters ready to take each other on in the MOC Madness Round of 32. There are 16 individual brackets for you to vote in and the polls will be open for the next three days. To see the individual pools’ top 8 bounty hunters, check out the links below:
Congrats to you all and good luck in the next round!
