If you’ve been holding off on purchasing this set, the current sales deal might be enough for you to pull the trigger. US Toys’R’Us brick and mortar stores are having a 20% off sale on this set. Not sure when this deal ends, but I would guess this Saturday is the last day. You know, if they didn’t make the box so huge, it probably could have retailed for less. Half the box is empty when you open it. LEGO should really re-examine their package design. Smaller boxes means less wasted space, more products can ship on the same pallet, and less impact on the environment overall. Anyways, I digress… AUS TRU stores also have the set on sale for $99.99 AUD. This deal ends on February 24.
