Hoth Bricks Leaks The Yoda Chronicles Episode III

Hoth Bricks posted a leaked video of the third and final episode of The Yoda Chronicles up on their YouTube page. The episode isn’t scheduled to air until later this year. Wookiepedia has the air date pegged for November 28, 2013 but cites no source for reference and no formal announcements have been made otherwise. The video is in glorious 240p quality low resolution, so your viewing enjoyment may be compromised.

Once an official air date is announced, we’ll announce it here.

The Yoda Chronicles Parts 1 and 2 Will Get DVD Release

LEGO Star Wars The Yoda Chronices announced yesterday that parts one, The Phantom Clone, and two, Menace of the Sith, of the three-part Yoda Chronicles will be arriving on DVD exclusively at Walmart on October 15th. Based on the packaging photo, there doesn’t look to be an exclusive pack in minifigure but things could change between now and release day. Also, if they were to pack in an exclusive minifigure, they would probably do it after the third episode airs so they can package the trilogy into one set. There is no air date confirmed yet for part three, but it is scheduled to air before the end of the year.

Today is Yoda Chronicles day. Thanks to Ken for keeping our Canadian fanbase informed of the airing, but here in the US the timing is a little different. Airing on Cartoon Network starting today at 7:30pm, you can catch an encore presentation of the first chapter, The Phantom Clone, which will lead into the premiere of Episode II: Menace of the Sith at 8:00pm. Set your DVRs if you haven’t done so already. You can watch a short preview of the episode over at the Cartoon Network website.

[CAN] The Yoda Chronicles Continue On Teletoon

This Wednesday September 4th Teletoon will be broadcasting the first two parts of The Yoda Chronicles back to back in Canada. If you missed Episode I: The Phantom Clone the first time around then you’ll have a second chance to be all caught up and dive right into Episode II: The Menace Of The Sith. The double feature starts at 7pm here on the east coast, so check your local listings and set your PVR’s for the continued misadventures of the LEGO Star Wars crew. I wish I hadn’t scrapped Jek-14’s Stealth Starfighter last week. I’m sure my son will want to play with it again after Wednesday nights viewing…

Oh yeah, and LEGO Legends Of Chima starts back up on Friday for those interested.

Toy Fair 2013 Exclusive 1

The giveaway for this years LEGO Collector’s Event is themed on the new LEGO television series and the rumour is it teases an upcoming event that will further tease reveals about the show and or marketing. It’s really hard to imagine where said event could take place… It’s the first encased mini set since 2010 and features a lot of great pieces I’d love to have parted out. FYI, that’s not going to happen.
