Minifig keychains made in china.

A while ago i stopped by my LEGO store and looked around and then i saw the shocktrooper keychains (which im in desprite need of phase 2 clones) and i looked on the label it said: made in china.Now the question in my head remains: is the keychain made in china or is the minifig made in china? :S
