Rule #9 does not state anything about asking when a challenge will be announced...especially when it ended 2 days ago.

Asking when the winner that was picked will be announced has nothing to do with picking a winner. Asking when the winner that was picked will be announced has nothing to do with judging a challenge. It also has nothing to do with asking about a future challenge. You guys have me bamboozled.
