Why is it that right before people slam down an awesome entry (Yes, I'm talking to you, Lego Junkie) they say humble? Just asking.

I say "My humble entry" because I know how this contest goes, somebody else will slam down another massive entry and blow mine away.
So I'm sticking to the safe side of things.

@Scopes Mapeo, great entry! I love the missiles on the top, a nice touch that makes up for some of the blockiness of the ship. This contest is getting closer and closer by the minute!

Thanks for the kudos Capt'n Flak! I thought about going big, but then I thought to myself...what would a relatively cheap bounty hunter fly? So I stayed small and tried to build a "working man's / every man's" bounty hunter ship. Dutch and the Habeas Corpus is what came out.

My entry: BONES piloted by bounty hunter ZX-Q

ZX-Q:

ZX-Q, droid bounty hunter by Dodge_A, on Flickr

Initially designed by Holowan Mechanicals, ZX-Q enhanced himself to become a successful tracker and ruthless warrior. Skilled at hand-to-hand combat, Jedi and Sith lore as well as soldier training, ZX-Q is ready for any trouble a suspected bounty would throw at him.

BONES:

BONES has an open-ship design. It carries with it no internal atmosphere or gravity. It is a self-made ship by ZX-Q. Its sleek design allows for quick flight through any atmopshere or space quadrant. ZX-Q is in constant contact with the ships operating systems and can instantly correct any issue or oversight.

BOUNTY HOLD:

Bounties remain in stasis for the duration of each voyage. If they happen to awake, escape is pointless since to break the pod in which they lay means death. ZX-Q boasts a 0% escapee rate.

Thanks for the contest! It was a great deal of fun!

Baando Carr, (Bahn-Do Car)
Scourge of the Galaxy, specializing in high profile targets: Political Figures, Family of State. He has a high price but he gets the job done.
With his ship, "The Destruction", he can hop in and out of an area before his detection can be investigated. And during that rare account when he finds himself in an inescapable situation, he can detach the cockpit from the rest of the ship and make a break for it. The multi engine ship can both seem to readings as a large convoy of ships or, while using one engine, an insignificant transport shuttle. The weapons system is extensive on this pieced together ship. Along with multi laser and heavy guns, The Destruction has a secret arsenal of highly "destructive" charges that can blow a hole in the side of a Star Destroyer.
Keeping his identity secret is of most importance to this stealthful bounty hunter. If you are on his to-do list, Beware!

Although your entry is amazing (the whole idea is superb), I just wanted to mention that aerodinamic
things have bigger chances of getting burned in atmosphere. Bulkier sleek thingies are
better option (just look at space shuttles).

Entries here are awesome. I think my starfighter won't stand a chance.
