Yeah, but you can enter once for free without spending any points. However, you can enter multiple times if you have enough points too

You can enter up to 20 times if you have sufficient points. Buy about any Disney DVD and you'll have enough points for this.

^ Yeah, I had some points (from Tangled, I think?) and was easily able to get to the max number of entries with more points left over.
