Sidebar not appearing on main page

The side bar that has the links to the Flickr group, forum, sites of interest, etc. isn't appearing for me on the main page. When I tab over to the review or guide or other pages, the sidebar is there, just not on the main page. I'm using google chrome.

It did it again, except just with the forum part this time.

i had to remove the "latest topics from the forum" because apparently the script was not very efficient. i'll try and rework next time i have some spare time.
