yeah, great deals! I never buy duplo, but for 75% off, i snagged that toy story crane. Not to mention, can never have enough scout troopers and ewoks! Tossed in a couple of those pump action cars for dirt cheap, why not.

Blah. I had ONE shadow snapper set in my cart, got to the final submit page, and suddenly had it removed as being out of stock. Guess the order isn't "reserved" even when it's in your cart and don't check out fast enough?

I got three magnet sets and a keychain for about $20 (down to $10 after using VIP points). Not too shabby at $1 per minifigure, lesser quality or not.

Since posting, 7747 Wind Turbine Transport is also now listed as $18 (down from $60!) with a "call to check product availability" on it.

I called about the Wind Turbines when they were listed as "call to check...", but they were out. However, the interesting thing I did learn is that Lego actually has 2 different inventory systems. There's main one for S@H and one for S@H Customer Service which is tied into the warehouse, which I guess is supposed to be more accurate. So I guess the call wasn't a total waste.

My 3rd call of the day to S@H was again highly insightful. This time I learned that their inventory and the website are all out of whack today. The Turbines are supposedly all gone, regardless of what the website reads and their internal system only showed 3 items for "sales and deals". As Deandre Cole would say, what's up with that ?!?

Heh. The UCS Obi-Wan Starfighter is off of the sale and back up to $99.99...yeah good luck with that. I got it at 75 bucks, and I'm very happy with it for that price point. 100 is just too much for what it is.

The people who got in on the clearance early enough to buy 7747 'wind turbine transport' said it sold out very quickly, so there couldn't have been many. Of course, maybe someone snagged a ton, but my point is that the window of availability was small enough that I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

No, I'm pretty sure they were there at the start of the day. However, the S@H reps told me that once they went from available to out of stock Friday morning they were gone for good. The "Call for product availability" listings were errors. The turbines were sold out and the listing should have stayed that way, or so they said. Who knows though, their system seemed to have serious problems today.
