Thank you for posting that. Most of the S3 images have been pulled either by Lego or out of fear of Lego and I forgot to download the last pic I had of these so I appreciate it.

My thoughts exactly. But who knows, it may just be filler images? Though why they would be promoting series four without any sort of images is beyond me, so photoshop fail is more likely.

And just like every other image of S3 it has now been blocked on Flickr. Glad I saved it when I did. As far as the authenticity of the S4, yeah I was wondering about that since the figs on the outside of the S4 box are all the S2's, as well as the logical next color really should be red and not orange but I guess you never know.

That's funny, nah no logical color order other than I thought they might run the primary colors first, then secondary colors, then tertiary colors. Seemed logical from a color wheel standpoint. That and orange is the least statistical favorite color in the country.

Well, your own theory was debunked by series three and the green color of the packaging. Last time I checked, the primary colors are blue, yellow, and red, and green is a component of the secondary colors.

This was taken from the 2011 catalogue, so it's not a Photoshop fail... just they're supposed to be out April, so including them in the catalogue for the Q1 2011 sets would seem logical.

My Google Fu is strong enough that I found them. Some neat folks in there, and the elf will be the Spartan of S3, for sure. I've seen more than one kid lament the switch from Castle to Kingdoms, and this will appeal to them.

Here's hoping we still have barcodes...

While I think the elf is cool and will certainly have it's following, I don't think anything will be able to touch the baseball player simply because of the sheer quantity someone would need for an MOC. I wouldn't be surprised to see them sell for even more than the Zombies and Spartans right off the bat.

No, I was just dugout that idea and was hoping others may play ball with it. But I'm sure plenty of people may balk at the idea and cry foul but it's cool, they can't all be home runs....
