The Mislabeled MINI Venator

Mislabeled because it should be called a MIDI-scale Venator. rack911's MINI Venator puts the Brickmaster version to shame. To shame!

I agree. the brickmaster version was disappointing but we have to compare apples to apples, mini to mini and midi to midi. This is an excellent build

Yeah, saw this on Flickr - it will serve well as inspiration for my own MIDI fleet...

Upon first glancing at the photo on the front page (and not reading any captions) I thought for a moment that someone had leaked photos of the next official midi model! This is a really great build!

It's an amazing build. I do hope that Lego release a midi venator.

It's beautiful, of course.

The problem is there's no such thing as "scale" in TLG's world... there's size, but not scale... even "minifig scale" only means that it was build to fit a minifig, not that it's actually scaled based on the size of the minifig.

They misuse the word, but then we're talking about toys and not scale models.
