Nice! I haven't been getting Indy sets lately, but this makes it awfully tempting! The Venice Canal Chase looks really good with great minifigs, and price before the sale seemed reasonable. Fighter Plane Attack looks good too. It was rather overpriced, but the price is much better now.

I checked the LS@H deals page at 10am (US east coast time), and saw most of the amazing deals above were sold out. A few good ones still to be had, though. [Rally Car $12.48]. The kicker is that around 2pm, I received an email for TLG 'announcing' the sale. Sure wish that email had come around 6 hours earlier.

The free shipping was a nice surprise.

For what it's worth (and this may have been discussed elsewhere so forgive me): I spoke to a LEGO rep at my local TRU the other day and asked her about Indiana Jones. She told me that as far as she knew the series was done and LEGO was moving towards newer franchises. She said something about the movie being older with nothing new to promote it. I'm not sure how much she actually knows, but it makes me sad if LEGO really is done with Indiana Jones. I can imagine those sets are about as good of prices as you're ever likely to see unless Amazon blows any overstock out this year during Christmas again. Anyone that didn't get them in the store would probably do well to pick them up now discounted.

99.9% of the time, the retail stores will match the online price. the only time i've ever known this not to happen was the falcon 25% off sale.

Funny in that I've had the exact opposite experiences at both of my brand stores. On several occasions they have told me they do not price match the website, most recently with the Peril in Peru set. However, I had bought the Falcon a few weeks before it went on sale for $375. In that case, the store was willing to honor the discount, though the process was complicated to say the least.

You were right; I was able to snag a SPIII Gold Heist today for only 10 bucks. Also, there were no Indiana Jones sets at all at the store anymore, so I used their shop-n-ship policy to get Venice Canal Chase at the online sale price, with free shipping to my door!

Unfortunately there weren't any collectible minifigs at all; I have yet to see a box, or even a bag, in person.
