That would be a very small tauntaun. Maybe he has a taste for baby tauntauns?

I'm more annoyed that the floor of the cave isn't white and snow-y than the Wampa coming with a "cooked" turkey leg.

Yea, I agree, LEGO should include a bag of real snow, not that fake powdery stuff. And it better be un-meltable snow ... or else ...

I think mostly $40 dollars would be acceptable...except for the lack of a second rebel pilot for the back seat. I can't believe no one is complaining about that. Talk about retarded.

I think that instead of adding in yet another snowspeeder, it would have been more logical to add in Han and a Tauntaun. But I can understand that they probably didn't include those because they were both included in a set from last year.

I believe in ESB, when Rouge 2 is looking for Luke and Han, he is flying the snowspeeder solo. Plus, leaving that back seat open, kids can play "rescue" and put Luke in the back. Also, "retarded" is a strong word. And mildly offensive. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the wampa was eating taun-taun when Luke escaped, and because it was bloody, Lego can't do that. I think the turkey leg is appropriate, Lego isn't going to make a larger version for taun-taun leg just for this set. As for the snow, a bag of miscellaneous white bricks and plates with no instructions would be nice.

I will be giving away my turkey leg (or give it to my castle wench)...I will just pop the 'arm' from the taun-taun and use that....a few dozen 1x1 white plates will work nice for 'snow'. It would have been awesome to get a ghosty looking Ben...instead of yet another snowspeeder (with darn stickers).
As for the CTT, Aayla looks a little better in these recent images...and I will be doing some heavy (literally) mods to the axles. It looks like some backwoods nimrod decided to put a 12 inch lift kit on his 4 wheel drive suzuki...mmmm tough. I love the simple look of the at-rt though...nice work.

Kinda late but ROFL has no T in it. Back on topic though these 2 look really neat except for the silly axels on the CTT.

I think the only disappointing thing about the Wampa set is we get yet another Zev Senesca, which is more redundant in terms of this year's lineup than getting another tauntaun. I can see the logic of including him in this set, given he was the one out searching for Luke. But it's too bad we didn't get a different rebel snowspeeder pilot in the Hoth rebel battle pack, like Wedge Antiller's gunner Janson for example.

Don't mind another snowspeeder, and I have the other three minifig scale ones too. I have to get the Wampa.

Nice selection of Jedi and Cad Bane on the CTT. Bane's hat looks totally cool. I like both of these sets for the most part, no real comlaints though.

Firstly, the wampa cave, while not over impressed with it, it is suitable as a small but compact set.
An while it wasn't that important to add a snowspeeder, as pointed out, it's a good way of getting it if you missed it 1st & 2nd time around?
I did think though, the chicken leg was lame, and it would have been better to add a horse skeleton as it looks more like a Tauntaun.
As for what Lego missed, a ghost version of Ben, and Han on a Tauntaun would have probably sold it better.
The cave could have been bigger, but then so would the price?
All-in-all, the set has merit, and I'll be getting one or two (to make a bigger cave?)

As for the clone turbo tank, characters are good, but I'm not in a position to comment, I don't follow these movies.

The slave 1 however is something I'm most interested in, since I've managed to get every set as Lego had made them.
Each one, better than the last. This one's no exception, Bossk, looks good, as too the frozen Han, I really like the way the minifigure clicks into the back of it, it's a nice touch.

Overall, the sets have both good & bad points, but not a bad effort, cheers Marty.

Say what you want about the leg, but at least they included a Tauntaun spine.

Normally I wouldn't consider buying the CTT, but the Aayla figure and the ATRT has made me want this set more. So I might end up picking it up. Alone it's a nice imporvment over the original, but maybe not enough to buy on it's own. We'll see how my purchasing goes throughout the year.

OK, fine you don't like the chicken leg, I'll give my gripe, which is really nothing to me. Luke appears to need to be pulled out horizontally instead of down vertically, which I understand is due to bulk, but I would prefer down. I imagine the taun-taun arms would cost more than twice the cost of the turkey leg, perhaps they are in the same mold plate with the body, who knows. You guys are nitpicking a set with one of the most desired non-humanoid (I guess it is kind of humanoid?) characters in Star Wars that they are giving to us, perhaps only second to the taun-taun. Waahh, I say to you.

CTT looks more interesting, Wampa cave is okay but nothing amazing. I have a lot of snow speeders by now anyway between a few Hoth Bases and Snowspeeder sets. I'm just really glad I have a couple of extra sets of the original CTT wheels to throw on there.
You know, if I see links to Brickshelf, more often than not, the first thing I click is the "Back" button.
