Check out this image i found showing 4 new rock monsters from the power miners theme ! (couldn't put image here as its too big) I find the orange eruptorr rock monster to be the coolest. Also look at the new pieces ! The rock monsters are partially transparent now !

Considering I never bought into the Power Miners theme before today, let's just say that these rock monsters being unveiled hasn't piqued my interest any more.

Why'd they make the eyes on the little ones all lame? I thought the first PM wave of rock monsters fell into the "if it ain't broke..." category. They're getting a little carried away if you ask me.

I'm really not liking the black rock being used in the little rock monsters at all, I think it sort of clashes with the transparent colors on the rest of the body. And I have to agree with the 'Kov, their eyes are lookin' pretty bad. I like the drooling lava on "Eruptorr" (again, really?), but other than that, he looks kind of meh, especially with those questionable tentacle-like molds shooting out of his back.

I guess I could sum up my opinion by saying; I really don't like these, and prefer the old ones. >:P Add me to the "ALL UGLY" posse...

I kind of like them all, especially that big monstrosity. I do agree that those red eyes are a bit strange, though. I thought I read somewhere recently that the storyline for the new wave of PM has them going deeper into the planet and these newer rock monsters are the denizens of these more molten environs, hence the more crystal/lava look.
