Will over on Hoth Bricks has somehow managed to get his hands on a few of the "exclusive" TC-14 minifigures that the LEGO stores and S@H will be giving away the upcoming May the Fourth weekend with a $75 Star Wars purchase. If you head over and click like on the Hoth Bricks Facebook page and you'll be entered into a draw for one of the three shiny baubles in the linked picture below. I'm not sure what contact Hoth Bricks has to secure some of these anticipated figs, but where there's a Will there's a way.

If you read down on the page a bit, there's a section in English, explaining that they will ship the prizes anywhere in the world. They also recommend that you use Google Translate if you'd like to view the page in English.
