Marshal Banana's Incredible UCS Sandcrawler

Featuring lights, motors, and over 10,000 LEGO elements, Marshal Banana shows off the fruits of his 9 months worth of labor. Just incredible. And massive. It completely dwarfs LEGO's modular buildings. More pictures and info in his photoset.

Thanks to TooMuchDew for the heads up.

That is absolutely glorious and well worth the several minutes it took me to load all the pictures here on the world's slowest satellite connection.

I love seeing huge models like this that still use all LEGO PF stuff for the motorization and lighting.

Simply amazing and beautiful. I'd say the 9 month build time was perfect for that seeing how awesome it looks and the level of detail.

I have been in the Lego hobby for about 4 years now. My building skills have improved over time. However...

I still can't fathom builds like these. It is so real...its unreal. If thats not an example of an art form, I don't know what is.

This is arguably THE most impressive MOC I've ever seen. The scale and level of detail really complement each other in this case, and the final product looks like a studio model. Simply put, it's incredible!

I'll unabashedly add to the gushing, repetitive praise - this is STAGGERINGLY cool.

To Marshal Banana: Your dedication to getting it right, then going far beyond by making this MOC come alive with lights and motion has set a new standard - not to be bested anytime soon, if ever. What a fun, grueling, satisfying accomplishment this must have been for you.

Otherwise speechless.
