Our forums are abuzz with sales news. By far the best deal is Toys’R’Us for the U.S. They are having a Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off sale on ALL LEGO sets, second set must be of equal or lesser value. To maximize the savings, you’d need to buy two sets of the same price; doing that would net you a 25% savings. Here’s the kicker: the sale also applies to SOME items at Toys’R’Us.com. But, some of those items are online-only items, such as the 10178 Motorized Walking AT-AT and 10174 Imperial AT-ST. Technically, the promotion states “All LEGO”, so maybe if you call TRU and place an order, you may be able to score a deal on the non-marked items as well. The drawback is that you have to pay both tax and shipping versus walking into your local brick and mortar store where you would just pay the tax.
