R2-Tree2? R5-Tree4? Aaaaand that’s all I’ve got. Not much room for puns when you’re dealing with a Christmas Tree. Bricklink didn’t even try and just called it a “Festive Astromech”. Droids are awesome and this one is no exception. The astromech’s body is all new and AWESOME in dark green. He doesn’t have any holiday markings so he can easily be customized into a droid of your liking by throwing on any old R2 head. Might I suggest the one from R4-P44 from 8088 ARC-170 Starfighter? He might be TOO dark green for some so a good alternative would be the dome from the Micro Fighter set 75032 X-wing Fighter. Or you could keep that decorated tree cone on him for giggles.
