Fans of Indiana Jones sets and other licensed lines (but not Star Wars, boo) should check out their toy isles at local US Targets. Forum members meeotch and Mister Ed have seen sets like 7682 Shanghai Chase and 3834 Good Neighbors at Bikini Bottom on clearance for 30% off.
On a side note, start keeping your eyes out, in general, for pre-holiday sales. Last year was a doozy for sweet pre-holiday sales. Great sets, both SW and non-SW were showing up at up to 40% off in the weeks leading up to mid-December 2008. Send me (forum tag: copyright) a PM or post in the “Finds” forum all about the deals.
