There’s another LEGO Star Wars-based video game out on the horizon, called LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. This version will allow you to play through all 9 films in one go. Regular price is set at any other major game, $59.99, but Amazon and Walmart are price matching each other and offering it at $49.94, 17% off. Not sure if Walmart has the same kind of guarantee, but with Amazon’s Pre-order Price Guarantee, should the price drop lower than that between the time you place your order and when the game ships, you’ll get the lowest price offered. The price is good for all three consoles which is nice considering the Switch has been left out of sales and deals on multi-platform games lately.
There’s no hard release date yet, just “2020” but I’d guess it’ll be a holiday release if it hasn’t been delayed indefinitely. Also, this is for the standard edition of the game. No news yet if there’s going to be a deluxe version with a minifig pack-in like they sometimes do.
