If you’ve been having trouble finding the Electro 2 minifigure polybag, you may have slightly better luck. They were sent to stores in preparation for the above week-long promo. Buy $30 worth of LEGO and get him for free. Stores may have been holding back their stock for this promo but there are no guarantees that all stores followed this practice. I think it’s still worth a phone call or a trip to your local store if you still need/want one.
