Probably the least exciting set in the whole ROTS line up, 7251 Darth Vader Transformation feels more like a filler set than anything else. The set recreates one of the final scenes from the movie where Anakin Skywalker is operated on to become Darth Vader. It's a small set, so the piece count is low and thus the lvl of detail isn't all that great either. You get two minifigs here, Anakin pre-op as himself and post-op as Vader. To do the transformation, you tile the operating table up and then rotate it 180 degrees to show the other figure. You can transform him all day long if that's what suits you since. Here's what the other side of the table looks like.
If the set was to be truly accurate, Anakin should have been on the table with no legs and missing an arm. He IS bald, so at least they got that part of the scene right. But I guess in terms of playability, half a minifig missing an arm wouldn't have been very useful. Vader notably does not come with a cape nor a lightsaber, but then again that's how he appeared in the movie during the scene.
The name of the set should actually be called Anakin Skywalker Transformation, or The Birth of Darth Vader... a matter of symantecs and nothing really crucial to one's enjoyment (or lack thereof) of this set.
