[USA] Walmart Midi ISD rollback

Postby DarthMC » Tue Oct 19, 2010 4:53 pm

Looks like they are not selling too well at $40 so they dropped the price to $32. It is both in store and on the web site. Since it is a rollback and not a sale it is hard to tell how long the price will last.

Saw that at my local Walmart earlier and meant to post it up.

I might go ahead and grab one at that price for my desk at work. I love the MIDI scale ships. Just enough detail without taking up too much real estate.

I wonder if we'll see it drop down to $25 like the MIDI Falcon did for a while.

Tempted to get it at $32 but hoping they mark it down to $25 one week they did with the Millennium Falcon Mini last year.

Hoping for $25 here too. It would go great next to my Falcon.

I picked this up for $32 and was pleased with it. The build was fun and interesting, but a bit repetitive. It will go well on my desk at work with the Falcon. The one question I have is, "Why white?" There are white pieces visible in the gap between the top and bottom hull. They stand out a bit too much. The mini-fig scale ISD had the same thing and I quickly traded them out for grey ones. I don't think I will bother going through the trouble for a mid-scale though.
