Lone Ranger Fully Loaded

79111 Constitution Train Chase 1

We just finished uploading all of our Lone Ranger photo assets (video is still to come!). With tons of play features (read as: exploding things), this series really does pay homage well to the old Wild West theme from a few years back, and provides excellent play opportunity for the little Michael Bay in all of us. There are a total of five sets ranging in price from the $12.99 79106 Cavalry Builder Set all the way up the $99.99 79111 Constitution Train Chase set. The absolute gem in the theme? Without a doubt, 79108 Stagecoach Escape.

79110 Silver Mine Shootout 1 79109 Colby City Showdown 1
79108 Stagecoach Escape 1 79107 Comanche Camp 1
79106 Cavalry Builder Set 1

We'll be back after a short dinner break with Lord of the Rings and the non-licensed IPs.

No super heroes?
Thought you'd like this about the Vatican cameos.

The three Iron Man sets from the recently leaked images were there, as well as a few new Superman sets, but we were not allowed to photograph any of them and they are not in the press guide so we have nothing to show you unfortunately.

The cavalry minifigs look like they might work as Bespin Wing Guards, that is until TLG puts out new ones. One per 100$ set put them a little out of my range.

The stagecoach set looks terrific. I can't wait for this line to come out, although I'm completely underwhelmed by the trailer for the film.

The Lone Ranger series will be the first complete series we will buy. So far everything has been available locally except the small set with Tanto and his campfire. It is shown on the Lego and Toys-R-Us website at around 4.99 but I have not found it in stores.
We are also buying other Legos for our daughter and her future siblings and have a couple of smaller Starwars sets right now.
