A trip to the Holy Land (or holiday tips and tricks)

Postby TeddytheSpoon » Wed Nov 15, 2017 3:15 pm

So I'm going to Denmark in a few days' time, and I'm spending a weekend in that most revered of places for Lego aficionados, Billund. I've already decided I'm going to visit Lego House while I'm there, to stroke my chin about Lego while muttering my (entirely unfounded) disapproval of the philistines that are screaming, excited kids and their families. Other than that, I'm at a bit of a loss.

Has anyone here been to Billund or Copenhagen that can recommend places to eat or visit there? Or better still, if there's anyone that has actually been to Lego House, what's worth checking out? (I did read a 'guide to Lego House' somewhere but it basically recommended every single thing there, including the square outside.)

And other than 'one beer please' or 'please stop trying to sell me more I have too much Lego already', any phrases that are useful to know in Danish?

Much appreciated for any help.
