Entry #1!
Theme:Space Police
I built a police speeder with an underbelly control vane and a chopper with two frontal control vanes.
My aim was to make the speeder bikes closer in proportion to a mini fig motorcycle,
so they are quite small. Imageimage1-8 by AlphaCentauri32, on FlickrImageimage2-7 by AlphaCentauri32, on FlickrImageimage3-6 by AlphaCentauri32, on FlickrImageimage4-5 by AlphaCentauri32, on FlickrImageimage2-4 by AlphaCentauri32, on Flickr

Reason: "Speeder bike design requirements: A pair of steering/control vanes." - the white bike only has a single control vane per your description below.

Entry #2!
Again on the Space Police theme.
I built one industrial oxygen-powered transporter with two side control vanes and
one police hover bike with three control vanes.

My entry, speeders based on F1 (Speed Champions). The red one is supposed to resemble a Ferrari, and the black one a present day McLaren. They obviously do not look a whole lot different, because it is a racing series, but there are a few differences. Obviously they would look better with decals.

Robster - it's really hard to make out any detail on those first two, and I can't tell if the white one has control vanes or not. Also it looks like you have Anakin as part of Space Police? That's doesn't exactly fit.

Solo - I will try to get some better pictures soon and the white one has a black control vane on the bottom.
Also, the fig in black has captain Rex's head and Anakin's hair, but I will change it if it poses a problem.

I absolutely love these kinds of contests! Thanks FBTB staff for putting it on! Without further ado....

The BZZZ-09 Speeder and Rock-nom-nom

ImageBZZZ-09 Speeder and Rock-nom-nom by Elliott Feldman, on Flickr

"Let's get BZZZZy!" - unidentified power miner who was put in solitary confinement for pun crimes shortly after this comment was made.

The BZZZ-09 Speeder is designed to easily maneuver through tight caverns to find the best veins of power crystals. The duel quad drills on the front spin ultra fast to churn through hard rock but can also act as directional propulsion systems, allowing for hairpin turns. The front system can also roll nearly 90 degrees sideways when caverns get really tight. The craft is light enough to escape almost anything rock monsters can throw at it (literally) and has a roll cage to ensure operator safety at all times!

"Rock ride big rock to get rock to eat rock." - Rock

The "Rock-nom-nom" is a fairly large rock monster that is aerially inclined. It loves to be thrown by even larger rock monsters to reach hard-to-get power crystal veins. The smaller rock monsters have discovered that hitching a ride on the back of the Rock-nom-nom guarantees access to these yummy power crystals!

Whoa? I can enter up to three submissions? Totally rad! Here's # two!

BC-Barracuda and Caribbean CLPR Speeders

ImageBC-Barracuda and Caribbean CLPR Speeders by Elliott Feldman, on Flickr

Put into market on the wealthiest of planets with the allure of luxurious solar sail technology, the BC-Barracuda and Caribbean CLPR Speeders were ultimately discontinued due to complaints of low visibility and now can only found under the possession of a few Outer Rim pirates and Imperial forces.

Lord of the Rings: Saruman and Galadriel.
Before all that messiness with that ring, Saruman and Galadriel used to enjoy cruising up and down the Misty Mountains on their way to and from White Council Meetings.

Saruman rides his custom Aratech chopper and keeps an "eye" on things with a special mount for his Palantir.

Exo Force: Takeshi vs Ha-Ya-To (aka Akira Kaneda and Tetsuo).
Since I usually think of Exo Force as the "Akira theme" I've modeled 2 speeders after Kaneda and Tetsuo's motor bikes from the movie.

For my entry I went back to one of the greatest themes from 2003, Lego Sport's NBA. For the two speeders you have the NET Speeder driven by the Spur's Tony Parker and the BALL-2003 Speeder driven by the Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal. The rivals can now duel it out on speeder bike as well as on the court.

Here's my second entry, they came from outer space to enter this contest! The speeder were inspired by the wonderful Space Police III theme, the officer is in pursuit of the legendary outlaw Kranxx.

Question : What's the rule on sticker usage? To be more specific, I'm not talking about custom stickers but a sticker from the actual set of the theme I plan to submit an entry for. And the sticker is on the same piece shown in the instructions of the original set. Does that make sense? I hope it does. Thanks! :)

Official stickers are allowed, and as long as you don't cut them up you can use them wherever you want - not just where the instructions tell you to put them. So stickered parts from any set per the instructions are totally fine.

Been wanting to enter a contest for awhile. Could not come up with a concept until one day while in a boring meeting at work, I realized I have the new Scooby Doo sets.
