D-EKVY II Fighter

Well it's been a minute but I finally had some time to get building once again.. A little project turned into this after a few days of tinkering around. Enjoy!

The D-EKVY Long Range Strike Fighter started out as just another grey fighter to roll off an assembly line late in the clone wars. The fighter was eventually stolen by a small band of local thieves during a stay at a remote outpost after an Imperial occupation. Some paint and a few engine modifications made her the perfect candidate for the Outer Rim Asteroid Cup, especially with the large canopy for wide field of view in crowded fields.

Sy Crane came into possession of the EKVY after "earning" her in a swoop race a few years back. The coveted "double jeopardy" skull emblem was earned for completing the entire Asteroid Cup two years running in the same ship- A coveted and almost unheard of feat.

Nice little model. It almost looks like a Hasbro vehicle it's so nicely detailed. Good job.

Sweet. It's got that classic Vic Viper vibe, but in a cuter, more compact form. Nice details all around!

That's some top notch sticker usage. The ship design rocks on it's own, but the detailing really push it over the line.

Flickr's really neat because you can click the picture and it takes you to the full gallery. Here's a shot from behind for you.
