Ralph McQuarrie’s Concept R2 by SPARKART!
This creation by SPARKART! is a fantastic monument to the original Ralph McQuarrie conceptual artwork for R2-D2. Sparky certainly likes his astromechs and makes great use of the new Death Star planet part to cap off this one, I hope he’s still got a few tricks up his sleeve because there’s nothing like a saucy rolling trashcan to put a smile on my face (It’s just an expression, I don’t actually smile).

SPARKART! has found a creepy/hilarious use for the printed Cars faces and refers to this unholy mash-up a “Cars Tuned” creation. Nice.
For the record I don’t care what Johnson thought, puns are not the lowest form of humour. Prop comedy is.

Taking AIM At MODOK
SPARKART!, creator of the greatest LEGO R2-D2 I’ve ever seen, has taken it upon himself to supply some much needed mayhem to the Superhero theme with M.O.D.O.K (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing). The addition of a group of expendable A.I.M scientists makes great use of the LEGO HAZMAT suit. Most importantly, minifig Captain America will now have someone to throw his mighty shield at!
