New York Comic Con hasn’t gotten much love in recent years. Overshadowed by San Diego, there haven’t been any high-profile reveals LEGO-wise until now.
I’m happy to present to you a hi-res version of 6860 The Batcave set that debuted yesterday at New York Comic Con. Sorry, just this one picture for now but staff reporter Rick is attending the con and will be providing more pictures later today.
I just received the official images for the Superman minifig that the DC booth will be giving away at New York Comic Con this weekend. I’m not entirely sure what the distribution method will be but I’m pretty sure it’ll involve a line of some kind, waiting around for an undetermined number of minutes, and will be repeated daily. I know, helpful right? Below are more official images of the Batman and Green Lantern minifigs that will also be given away; they are the same exact figs that were offered at San Diego Comic Con earlier this year.

Going to New York Comic Con next week (October 13-16)? Well if you are stop by the DC Comics booth. In addition to the LEGO Batman and Green Lantern minfigs they’ll be given away, you may be lucky enough to walk away with a Superman minifig as well. I’ve been told that it will be “packaged” the same way as the Batman and Green Lantern minifigs from San Diego Comic Con. Also, somewhere in their booth they will be debuting the upcoming Batcave set in all its finalized glory.
