Just a quick reminder note that the Angus MacLane-helmed television feature Toy Story of Terror airs tonight at 8pm/7pm on your local ABC affiliate. From some of the early reviews I’ve read online, this one is not to be missed. Don’t hit those links if you want to remain spoiler free. They may give away more to the story than you want them to. In the meantime, enjoy the sneak peek above.

There is a new Toy Story special debuting next week at 8pm (7pm Central) Wednesday October 16, on ABC. From director Angus MacLane, Toy Story of Terror is Pixar’s first television production. The synopsis may seem a tad familiar if you’re at all a fan of horror movies, but count on Pixar to add their sense of humor to the mix. It’s a shame it’s only slotted for 30 minutes, which means about 22 minutes of actual screen time.
What starts out as a fun road trip for the Toy Story gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this Toy Story OF TERROR!
There’s a new Toy Story short written and directed by Angus “CubeDude” MacLane called Small Fry. It’s set to debut in front of The Muppets hitting theaters on November 23rd.
“It’s like the Prince and the Pauper tale for toys,” says writer/director Angus MacLane. “Except one of them happens to be 3 inches tall.”

Gooker1 from our forums reports that the latest issue of Toyfare magazine has revealed what LEGO’s San Diego Comic Con exclusive will be: a set of Cube Dudes designed by the father of the Cube Dude movement himself, Angus MacLane. The Dudes will be R2-D2, C-3PO, Obi-wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Captain Rex. The convention runs 4 days, 5 if you include preview night, so I’m guessing they will sell one Dude per day. Stay tuned for more info as I get it.
