Steve Witt, liason to the LEGO community for The LEGO Group, comic book geek, and all around nice guy, posted over at his blog, Partially Obvious, a short preview of the 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT Carrier that’s set to blow up your wallet at the end of this month. In fact, the model he built that his preview is based on was the one that was unveiled at Toy Fair 2009. Lucky guy, that Steve.
I’ve resurrected the poll on the right hand sidebar there =>. Now I just need to make it a little easier to read. This poll asks the burning question: will you be purchasing a copy of 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT Carrier? Many of you on our forums expressed that the price was a little too steep to justify the purchase. My guess is that people will buy this set for the sheer awesomeness that is the dropship and 16-troop carrier and being able to actually fly the two around your living room, dropping the carrier on your suspecting pets to mount an assault. But if this set is not your cup of tea, tell us why.
