There are many custom AT-AT's on the web like Shaun Sullivan's and Dave Eaton's that are huge and gorgeously detailed. However, LEGO would never produce anything that big or complex as a normal set with mini-figs, so this is my go at what an official mini-fig scale AT-AT might look like. It's in scale in regards to height, although the official measurement of 14m tall might be a little low. Since these photos, I used 33 degree grey slopes to build up the area on either side of the "hump" so the profile of the back looks much better now. I'd re-photograph it, but I had to pull the legs off to make the B-wing.
