Magnifying glasses at the ready!

I can confirm these are the sets I saw at the Toy Fair ...

The black one looks stupid and the AT-TE looks exactly like the last set.
I build it so you don't have to!

I'm very interested by the pictures of the LEGO games, the Helm's Deep one and the Batman one. Here's hoping they are decent as games, and not just an excuse to make a bunch of licensed microfigures. My family enjoyed the Harry Potter one and the Star Wars one (my brother-in-law was awesome and picked me up one when he was in Europe), but the Hobbit one seemed like a serious missed opporunity. These LOOK more promising, on the surface.

Nothing special there. Stealth fighter looks the the TOR one I had no interest in and I'm preeeeetty sure I've already got the other one. :D

Like Ed, I'm also looking forward to the new games, as usual. My son and I enjoyed the Hobbit game. It's no great challenge, but it is a neat little twist on the old match game.

Did you try it online?

I will say I enjoyed it more than the actual film.

Just tried it online. Thanks for the link. More interesting than I thought it would be. I might pick it up on sale sometime.

But I still enjoyed the movie more, for all its faults. ;)

Well both those sets look horrible. The minifigs however look amazing (from really far away). We shall see. The AT-TE doesn't look any different and if it is it would be so minor that if you have the other one you probably shouldn't bother. However I WILL get that Colemon Trebor fig, as he is like my favorite Jedi. Will be quite expensive to get just him I'm sure.

Jek's starfighter looks like it was built by a little kid. Hardly looks professional, nor does it look that great. The minifigs will be that set's only saving grace I'm pretty sure. Depending on how great they are will decide whether or not I get the set.

Thanks for posting the pics though! Great to finally see something new. Really looking forward to getting a closer look.

So the stealth fighter is an e-wing? I always wanted a Lego e-wing. This looks terrible. Red and black, that nose, yuck.

So I know nothing about Yoda Chronicles, and I guess I never paid much attention but am I the only one that missed that the JEK 14 mini figure actually comes with a transparent blue arm and not just a colored arm? How did I miss that?

It's definitely an interesting fig. That arm makes me like to think some force ghosts figs are in our future... I wish.

(Slight *bump* to this thread) I've actually managed to buy the figures from the Jek-14 set online... I'm really fascinated by the blue arm thing. It's a really good colour for force ghosts... now they just have to hurry up and make them!! ;)

The printing on the helmet is all off centre. It's far more distracting than I would have thought.

Yeah, unfortunately I have a few helmeted people like that :/ Shadow troopers were particularly bad for me.
