Actually, it kind of is a mistake. Although Amazon shows a List Price at $59.99, the MSRP is actually $39.99. So it's really only 25% off right now.

MSRP of the excavator is just $39.99, so more like ~30% off. Amazon has the wrong MSRP listed. Deceptive.

Tried to buy the farnsworth house, price went up from 35 to 50 when I added it to my cart.

I think $29.99 would be more accurate for MSRP on that excavator set. Just not that many pieces, and not much to get excited about. I'd pick it up for $24.99 or less, but that's about it.
