I bought one yesterday at the Lego store at Eastview it was $49.99 US

$64.99 is non markup price for canada (both tru and s@home are $64.99). Generally/typically any licensed theme lego set costing $49.99 US will be $64.99 in Canada. Exceptions include the star wars advant calendar where they were at par and non licence sets like creator seaside house, etc.
