The Naboo fighter is a great little guy. The best bit was looking at the little pile of pieces and having absolutely no idea how to build it without looking at the instructions.

Out of all the advent calendar minis I've seen so far, this fighter is probably my favorite. At the very least, it's definitely the cutest.

Soooo disappointed with day 6 I opened day 7 early - the little guy made up for yesterday's annoyance ;)

lol - I've been doing the same thing - I still think the SD would only need one turbo laser blast to take out all that E1 crapola...

This Naboo fighter is great. Did anyone else get the little mini poster on Day #7? There's been no mentions of it in any other posts.

^If we're talking about the same mini-poster, I got it on day 1.
^^But based on the sizes, the gungan could spear it. That's the problem.
Thought you'd like this about the Vatican cameos.

I think my mini poster is the victim of settling. When you said it showed up on day 1, I realized day 7 was under day 1 on the box. I was thinking, "Why did they wait until the 7th day for this?" Now I see they didn't.

Should the picture where the vulture droid is "walking" have the 'head' part moved forward...?

I thought he should always have his head in the front...

The pics on the box show it a half stud forward, the instructions inside put it a half stud back and everyone else seemed to put it in the center.

I laughed when I saw the half stud forward pics on the box because...

I suppose you could swing the head around if you wanted, but it has no neck and I don't really see a need to.

Respectfully, these are just the saddest little builds so far, I can imagine this will be fun for kids for the surprise factor though.

I'm loving the reviews of the models and figs in Advent Calendar. Haven't opened mine yet, but nice to see what to expect when I get to it.

One thing I never expected was a Blues Brothers reference on here, thou. Nice, think I'll watch later.

I had exactly the same thought about the 2 x 3 plates and double cheese slopes for the AT-AT.

It's quite scary just how much pleasure I'm getting out of opening these each morning - and I'm 40 years old! It makes me think that the $20 I "saved" last year by buying after Christmas might not have been such a saving, as at the end of the day I essentially just got a Santa Yoda and a handful of bricks. Having it for the whole of December actually brings a mini shot of happiness to each and every morning. I'm still very tempted to get the Friends one this week for my gf even thought she's stated on several times she doesn't want it. What does she know though.

Day 10. Did not get mini AT-AT got a lightsaber, gun and a stand instead. Looks like a mix-up, not happy.

That Hoth cannon is awful. Pretty good contender for a new "worst set" crown. Although nothing can be worse than a Battle Droid in my mind as I have zero interest in them. I've got a good feeling about day 12 though.

The AT-AT was pictured on the door. I can only hope that the AT-AT has been swapped with the set underneath.
