Rivendell

Sorry, I couldn't think of a better title than the cheesy one I put up for this post, but this Rivendell MOC is truly a masterpiece in size, scope, and detail. The MOC made its debut at Birmingham, AL's Brickfair event and is a product of the collaboration between Blake Baer (Blake Baericks) and Jack Bittner (Bitts and Pieces). The duo was also responsible for last year's Amon Hen scene. Someday, all of the great LOTR mocs will come together to form one giant movie scene... someday...

Had the pleasure of seeing this at Brickfair VA. The pictures really don't do it justice, its a beautiful MOC.. the waterfalls are superbly done too.

Wow. I want to comment but I don't even know what to start with. Love the stone, love the plants, love the water. I'm usually more into the natural scenes, so this is exactly the sort of thing I love to see. The trees look excellent, especially the birches and conifers. I'm from a temperate climate originally so these are just the kinds of trees I look forward to seeing in landscape scenes, and they look nice!
When I'm not playing or being artsy, I work on sites like www.vincentmartella.com and IPO Boutique. In other words, I never stop playing or being artsy!
