Odd hands in batttle pack...

I purchased the endor rebel trooper/ strom trooper battle pack. To my surprise the rebel minifgs had sand colored hands instead of peach (flesh)...I don't mind because the sand colored hands are fairly (I think) rare... They only came in one figure, the Bib Fortuna fig...Has anyone else encountered this situation?

What situation? They're supposed to have tan hands representing their gloves, not bare flesh.
