Amazon.com: Pre-order the New 2012 Star Wars Sets

Amazon.com has the latest wave of LEGO Star Wars sets up for pre-order and they have a ship date of January 29 23, beating LEGO Shop@Home's estimate by a week. Free shipping on orders over $25 and no tax in many areas makes this a better deal than ordering directly through LEGO, that is if you don't mind forgoing the exclusive poster celebrating these new sets (shout out to grogall at Eurobricks for the high-res poster images). All the sets are available with the exception of the two retailer exclusive sets, 9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor and 9495 Gold Leader's Y-Wing Starfighter.

It looks like they're up at Walmart.com, too, with a ship/arrival date of Jan 30. The site doesn't list the Anakin's Jedi Interceptor, so I'm taking that as a sign that it's a Target exclusive with the Y-wing a Toys R Us exclusive.

Target has a display in the Lego aisle with a picture of the Naboo N-1 from 2011 and the new Jedi Interceptor.

Amazon's release dates have been changed to the 29th, same as the other retailers.

I wonder why they chose the 29th since it's a Sunday and not just put the 30th, since that's the day the orders are likely to ship anyway.
