Commit Highway Robbery: Robie House $136

Postby Staff » Sun Oct 30, 2011 10:13 am

Amazon continues to slash the price of 21010 Robie House further. It is now down to $135.99 down from $199.99 for a savings percentage of 32%. Finally, a price drop I can get behind.

Amazon quotes this as weighing 6 pounds, is anyone here able to confirm how accurate that is?

My built-up set together with the instruction book weighs in at just over 2.2 kilograms.
That works out as a little less than 5 pounds.

Ya, ordered. Glad I waited...almost picked this up at a Barnes & Noble with membership card and 15% coupon. With free shipping, this is the deal to be had methinks.

There was a 40% off coupon not quite a month ago for B&N stores. That knocked the price down to ~$119+ tax. If you were a member ~$109+tax. Seeing as how those coupons don't come around that often, this is the best you'll likely see on the set for a while.

Yep. I sued the 40% off coupon and picked up the Robie House this past Saturday 10/30.
I am not a B&N member but still only paid $126 with tax for the Robie House.
