Thanks for this great and comprehensive review. I wasn't sure, but now I sure want to get me one of these !

Though, I'm one of those who likes stickers because I like to have the choice wether to put them on or not =)

If I hadn't been reviewing the set, I probably wouldn't have applied them ;)

Fantastic review - might have to get this one as I was still seething over Ep I when the original came out and was refusing to buy any TPM sets... now I've mellowed and cool Lego beats out crappy movies easy.

Thorough review, thanks!

In contrast to the new Sith Infiltrator, here's an example of my willingness to forgive a pricey set provided it's worth the cost...the podracers certainly deliver in this regard, IMO. In fact, I don't see any drawback with these re-designs...nothing but improvements here. Thanks, LEGO, I'll cash in some VIP points for this one.

The thing that really bothers me about this set, is they had the perfect chance to give us a better pit droid, and skipped it again. I would have much rather had a set of shorty droid legs, than a hyper detailed Watto. The head could have just been brick built, and standard robot arms wouldn't have been too long. Shorty droid legs would have created so many other options down the road, but how many toydarians are in the series?

Good looking set, got it 50% off at WM, but is it standard to get 2 sebulba's with it or did I just get lucky?
