Target's weekly circular shows that "all LEGO City, Star Wars and Pharoah's Quest on sale". A quick scan of Target's website confirms that sets are discounted anywhere from 5% to 10% off. This isn't the greatest LEGO sale Target has had but it's a sale nonetheless.

The following sets are 25% off and on sale for $15.00:

7915 Star Wars - Imperial V-Wing Starfighter
7307 Pharoah's Quest - Flying Mummy Attack
7286 City - Prisoner Transport

The two closest Targets to me have PoP on clearance. One has the sets on and end cap. The other has it in the LEGO aisle. Both have the same markdown shown on the clearance sticker.
