Anyone know if this thing is gonna make it to the States? It seems it's been available in Europe for months now.

Not sure, the first one made it eventually but that was only the regular edition. I ordered 3 copies of the book autographed by 2 of the authors. I can sell two of them for the price I paid ($60) if anyone's interested.
