My rarest is probably Aayla but she will probably turn up soon in magnet sets. For the old rarest figure it would probably be old Mace Windu without light-up head or the Republic Pilots from 7665. My favorite is my wookiee warrior(not chewbacca).

I'd have to say the new Thi-Sen/Talz Chief from the Freeco Speeder. Despite the fact that is from a 2010 set it is probably the rarest because nothing like that has ever been done.

My favorite though is the original Count Dooku from 2002. Yellow faced though. I wish there was a flesh version of this one.

I own both Count Dooku and Thi-Sen.

I must add the Clone Pilots from the 8088/8086 to the list, I just love those guys. The new V-wing pilot also seems pleasant, but I will substitute the black face for a fleshie with orange visor for sure.

My favourite minifigure is Lando Calrissian from the Cloud City set. I love how just about every part of him is exclusive to the minifig, including his cape. I also like Mace Windu (NON-LUL) and the original 2002 Count Dooku. As for rarest, the 14-carat gold C-3P0 is probably it. Only 2 were made, I think. Rarest that I own is kinda difficult to say. Anakin from Ep. 3 (2005) seems quite rare, but not that expensive. Probably just Lando or Mace tbh, or Jabba the Hutt.

I am surprised after starting a new thread, then finding this one that more people haven't mentioned Greedo. One of my favorites and difficult to find in mint condition. Arms tend to have cracks. I am on a mission now to find a Cloud City Boba Fett since he's always been one of my all time favorite characters Waaaay too much on Bricklink, so off to ebay I go!
