There's a 5 dollar coupon that works on hagrid's hut still so you can get an extra 5 after the 25% off. This is the same one that was usable on the toy story pizza planet truck.

So you could buy for example Fight for the Dagger and Quidditch match for $40?

Yes. Pretty sure they are $30 and $20 respectively at Target
