On another note, after checking a local Target (most of mine still haven't put out any minifigures yet) I checked the neighboring TRU. They had 2 fairly full boxes of Series 2 out and an untouched box of Series 1. It has since been touched, but I was very surprised to see it sitting there. I have been to this store many times before so there is no way it has just been sitting around for the past 2 months. I guess it was most likely sitting around in the back somewhere. I didn't take a picture, but I'll gladly scan the receipt if anyone doubts my tale!

I do know, however, that having the figures in clumps in the box significantly increases your chance of getting multiples over a truly randomized assortment, unless they pull the figs randomly (which I doubt, as it is faster to simply grab a group from one part of the box), and therefore should DECREASE your selection of figs.
