All done-- 32 figures total.

I'm especially proud of a few of them because they're my first attempts at sculpting and painting custom pieces: Nakko Chan, Polix Gartoga, and Merai (who I'd sculpted about a week before the Home 1 pictures came out ) are among my favorites. A big thanks to Kaminoan for his tips on getting started in the sculpting process!

You can see them all in my Flickr or Brickshelf galleries:

It's always a delight to see you make a bunch of way cool figs for one of Kam's contests. Good job with the sculpting/painting.

These are just awesome, nice character design and brilliant detailing. The sculpey work is indeed great, you got to love those clothes and the Gand. Really neat action figure part usage, too.

I'm not sure about the many different clones in the Republic forces, but at least it's quite a fresh idea. In addition, I don't know if it's just the angle, but the clone combat medic doesn't really look like clone or Republic trooper - nor a medic, in fact. I'd at least try changing the helmet to some more Republic-like.
Oh, and as for the stats, shouldn't it be "species" instead or "race"? ;)

What's the head piece of this droid, by the way?

I'd seriously look into sculpting a second Gand head for someone to put into production. You have experience with Kam, talk to him, he's done some casting work. (fine work at that!)

One complaint I have about sculpted/painted custom minifigs is that they're frequently very rough and unfinished looking. Not so with these. Well done across the board.

Phew! 32 total, ten new ones since the first post-- the post has been updated with direct links to each one's Flickr page, although it'd be easier just to click the Flickr link and browse them there.

These look so amazing. Keep up the fantastic work. I've got a question: what head did you use for Karolin Muree? I've searched over bricklink and cannot find it.

Thanks. :) That particular one is Juno Eclipse's head, from the Rogue Shadow set.

Is this sculpting very difficult?

That's hard to answer, since I imagine it'll be different for everyone.

I've found the trickiest part for me is getting scale right. For minifig heads, for example, chances are whatever you think is the right size looks ~20% too big when it's on a torso, so you almost always need to pare down what you're working on to compensate. Torso accessories like armor is easier because there's more wiggle room where scale isn't such an issue.

Working with the actual clay itself isn't too bad, but that's with my assumption that it's not going to look "LEGOy" but rather my own style.

Most are original characters I created. The only ones based on existing characters (to the best of my knowledge) are the ARC pilot and Merai.
